The output transistor (IRF9540) is driven by a bipolar push-pull (T1 + T6), so the gate voltage is about equal (minus the voltage drop in transistors) to the voltage in the input of push-pull.
In the input there is a zener (1N4742), so the maximum Vgs is about -12V.

Yes, I could not understand where some pins were connected because I did based on photos of the board layout. When I find the missing links I update the schematic.
