It looks like the problem is solved. The conductor cross-section is important as it is mentioned by the author. It was almost perfect, the place is nice and can be! Thank you!

ну вот он и ответил что под нагрузкой напряжение вырастает.

Совершенно верно для постоянного тока.

А в статье видео как ШИМ работает на подсветку.
Так что никаких чудес, ШИМ в этой схеме управляет нагрузкой от постоянки....

Dear lajos1969, the PWM in this scheme is only for DC. That's why your bulb 220V 40W AC is flashing. If you will use the bulb from the backlight of you display everythng should be ok.

We are speaking about this drawing http://radiokot.ru/circuit/digital/measure/68/01.gif. I think those scheme (with AC bulb) was not realy work, that's why on my link there is no any AC PWM. At this moment it's not implemented.

Triac BT137-600, for example. But this scheme will be flashing, as I think.
