Приветствую! флешка определиться должна а у вас её там не видно . стало быть биос не поддерживает бут с usb пробуйте перешить новой версией биос если она конечно сушествует)))

но то что мне надобно я там не нахожу

Ну значит флешка без эмуляции, или не правильно создана. По F8 при загрузке тоже не получается?
Вот этого пункта в биос нет USB Mass Storage Device Configuration, а как пометочка сообщает"Следующие пункты появляются только, когда устройство хранения USB подключен."
Так что флешку еще раз проверяйте, что бы она была загрузочная.

в биос с воткнутой флешкой заходили? Если загрузились с воткнутой флешкой и в биосе ея нет, то не парьтесь, толку не будет. Меняйте флешщку на другого производителя. Есть некоторые флешки с некоторыми материнками не дружат.
Любое слишком категоричное утверждение неверно, включая и это.
